The establishment of Colegio de Muntinlupa (CDM) as a local Engineering and Architecture institution in the Emerald City of the Philippines, is the brain-child of the Muntinlupa City Mayor Jaime R. Fresnedi—the Education Mayor. It is located at Posadas Avenue, Sucat, Muntinlupa City. It was the product of a desire to promote progress and development in the City. CDM finally opened its doors to aspiring engineers on August 06, 2018.

The institution offers an Architecture program and seven Engineering programs: BS Civil Engineering, BS Computer Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Electronics Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Environmental Engineering, and BS Industrial Engineering.
